Paya is short for Pavlina — the person who answers the phone, sets the standard, and is personally accountable for your home. There is no team to hide behind; there is Paya.

The name carries a reputation built over years in Bath hospitality and housekeeping: managing housekeeping teams to hotel standards, and running a trusted housekeeping business of her own, kept going by repeat clients and word of mouth.

Paya Boutique Residences brings that same care to a small, deliberately limited collection of Bath homes — because real attention to detail doesn't scale, and shouldn't. What the name stands for is simple: high standards, quiet discretion, and someone who treats your property as if it were her own.
